Thank you for being a part of the Soul Fire Yoga community. We are committed to providing a transparent and clear policy regarding our subscription services.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, all subscription purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-period. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellations
For the "1-Month Spark" Plan: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
For "The 3-Month Ignition" and "The 6-Month Transformation" Plans: These plans require payment in full at the time of purchase. They represent a fixed-term commitment and are not recurring. These plans will automatically expire at the end of their term. No refunds. All sales are final.
