What is Hot Yoga? Hot yoga is a dynamic practice performed in a heated environment. The ideal temperature for hot yoga typically ranges from 90-105°F (32-40°C). Class Schedule Monday–Friday, join us at 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM (Pacific Time). Class Structure 60 minutes total, featuring 26 postures (one round) and two breathing exercises. Online Session Active members receive the Zoom link upon booking. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and test audio. What You'll Need for Class Water, towel, small heater, thermostat, humidifier (optional), and yoga mat. Suitable for all levels.
